Please review the information about each team and decide which team you are best able to commit to and meet the outlined expectations for prior to applying for a raid team. Raid spots are coveted and we are looking for raiders who will work hard to earn and maintain their positions. If you have questions regarding information found here, please contact a Rally member online and they can point you to an officer. You can also contact our recruiting officer JDustin on Discord (jdbaker#9723)
Please remember that all of the raid teams here at Rally are built out of the people within our great community. No raid team here will ever be a team that is so hardcore and progression focused that the environment is barely tolerable to simply get to the end. The primary goal of any team is to have fun and enjoy the people we raid with.

Raiding Tuesdays 8pm – 11pm EST
A Heroic, AOTC only casual raid team with the only goal being AOTC each tier. This raid team will never see mythic content during raid time. Once heroic is on farm and all rostered members have AOTC, this raid will open to rostered members’ alts and will complete raid achievements and fun events while awaiting the next tier. This raid does not expect high performance out of its members beyond truly trying their best, willing to improve, and attendance requirements are relatively low (while notice of absence expectations are still high).
*Low amount of personal responsibility
*Low performance requirement
*Low amount of time required outside of raiding
*Low commitment to attendance due to only raiding once per week
